Born in Vancouver BC, but fortunate enough to work and live along the Washington coast most her life, Chanel graduated successfully from Bellevue High and then went on to study at WSU. As a second generation Realtor, and a father who was a builder, Chanel had an advantage learning first-hand at a young age watching her parents successfully flip and sell homes throughout the PNW.
